A few days ago, our campaign announced that it needed to raise $14,550 before the end of the quarter to give us the best possible chance at re-electing Susie Lee to Congress. Since then, we’ve had folks chip in to help us raise $6,641.

But I have to tell you, as campaign manager, my numbers were showing that we’d be further along in reaching our goal at this point. Folks, we’re bringing things down to the wire and I need your support now more than ever.

As Susie’s former field director on her 2018 campaign, I’ve learned just how resilient her supporters are. It’s what drove me to work in her district office since then and now, take up the torch as Campaign Manager for her crucial re-election campaign.

I’ve always admired the work that Susie does in Congress because she has remained authentically herself and stays committed to advocating for the needs of her constituents. And with the growing number of conspiracy theorists, radicals, and self-serving Republicans being elected – it’s more important than ever that we keep public servants like Susie in office.

Look, this end-of-quarter goal is going to determine a lot for our campaign.

With this being the first quarter of the election year, the Republican Party has been looking for signs of weakness coming from our campaign as they desperately want to flip this district red. And, to be frank with you – we’re not in a comfortable position to be able to brush off the possibility of a red wave turning this election upside down and unseating Susie Lee.
