Last week the Senate began the historic confirmation hearings of Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson to the Supreme Court. When confirmed, Judge Jackson will be the first Black woman in our nation’s history to serve on the Court.

Despite Judge Jackson’s impressive record on the federal bench, Republicans are mounting a smear campaign and wasting time with irrelevant grandstanding in an effort to undermine her qualifications.
