Good morning, John! I was up bright and early this morning to do some debate run-throughs and practice with my team. I’m on my way to grab another cup of coffee and I wanted to come to you directly before I hit the road to get to Wilberforce for the debate, and before your inbox is overflowing.

I’ll be honest, I’m trying to keep my mind on my debate prep, but our fundraising is seriously behind and we’re still $14,326 away from reaching our end-of-quarter goal. Can you help me hit this goal?

This is a critical deadline because all of our fundraising numbers will become public after March 31st. This is the last public fundraising deadline before the primary election, and voters and my opponents alike will be making judgments on the strength of our movement for Ohio before election day. 

With a couple hours to go before the debate, it would mean a lot if I could see our fundraising go up before I get on stage against Tim Ryan. That way, I can focus all my energy on the debate. Can I count on your contribution of $5, John?
