But above all, there’s one crucial combination that helped us earn a majority mandate nearly 4 years ago. Hope, lots of hard work – and most importantly friend, YOU.
It’s supporters like you who powered this movement forward and helped Justin Trudeau and the Liberal team go from third place in Parliament to a majority government, gaining nearly 150 seats in the 2015 election.
And since then, we’ve been making incredible progress together for Canadians.
The Canada Child Benefit is putting more money in the pockets of 9 out of 10 Canadian families to help with the high cost of raising kids. By putting a price on pollution, we’re taking climate action now, to help protect a clean environment for future generations. And with a growing economy, more than 1 million jobs created since 2015, and the lowest unemployment rate in 40 years, it’s clear our plan is working.
All of that hard work is at stake this fall, and we need to be ready both to protect our progress and keep building on it. “Boarding Call: Win a Trip on the Campaign Plane” Promotion
Summary of Promotion Rules:
No purchase, payment, or contribution necessary to enter or win. Contributing to the Liberal Party of Canada (“LPC”) will not increase chances of winning. The Promotion opens at 12:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday, June 24, 2019, and closes at 11:59 PM Eastern Time, Sunday, June 30, 2019 and no entries submitted after that date will be accepted. One (1) seat for each, the winner, and a guest, on the campaign bus or plane during the 2019 Federal Election from a pick-up location to a drop-off destination that reflects the day's campaign schedule and activities, subject to the discretion of the Promotion Organizer, as well as return transportation to the pick-up location and two nights of hotel accommodation, if necessary, and a Liberal “swag bag”, at an approximate retail value of up
to $2,999 in the case of air travel, and up to $1,999 in the case of ground travel. The Promotion Organizer will determine, in its sole discretion, the date, location, duration, attendees, form of travel, and all other relevant details of the Trip. To enter the Promotion, complete and submit this online entry
before the Promotion Closing Date. Entrance into this promotion constitutes permission for the LPC to use the Participants’ names, cities and provinces/territories of residence and likenesses for purposes of advertising and publicity in any and all media now or hereafter known throughout the world in perpetuity, without further compensation, notification, or permission, unless prohibited by law. The Potential Winner will be selected by draw by an employee of the LPC at noon, Eastern Time, Tuesday, July 9, 2019, in Ottawa, Ontario, and must correctly answer a skill-testing question in order to be declared the Winner. This Promotion is open to all Canadian citizens and permanent residents currently living in Canada who have reached the age of majority in their respective province/territory, and who are eligible for travel in Canada as of the date the promotion closes, and for the duration of the Trip.
