John, Governor Lamont has taken action against high gas prices in Connecticut — now we want to know what you think:

Do you support Connecticut’s new gas tax relief law? Let us know here: [[link removed]]

YES! [[link removed]]

NO! [[link removed]]

Democrats are focused on bringing much-needed tax relief to Connecticut families, and last week Governor Lamont signed a new law to address skyrocketing gas prices.

From April 1st to June 30th, Connecticut is suspending its 25 cents per gallon excise tax on gasoline. Connecticut is also suspending fares on public buses statewide through that same period and establishing a one-week sales tax holiday on clothing and footwear under $100.

Democrats are now preparing to put even more money in people’s pockets by also cutting taxes for middle class families, retirees, and people with student loans.
