With just days left before Election Day, we need 200 conservation voters to chip in an urgent gift that gives us the resources we need to push our endorsed local candidates over the top: [[link removed]]
Dear John,
This spring, Wisconsin’s future is on the ballot – and Election Day is just days away.
With your support, our team is working to elect our largest ever slate of local conservation leaders in races from Lafayette County to Marinette who will lead on clean energy, healthy drinking water, and a strong democracy.
Will you be one of 200 conservation voters to join us with a membership gift before Election Day that helps us do everything in our power to elect our slate of endorsed candidates on April 5? [[link removed]]
Robin Vos and his anti-democracy allies are also getting behind candidates with the goal of abusing the power of elected offices at the county and municipal levels to suppress voter participation and undermine and overturn future election results they don’t like.
Making access to the polls more difficult could be the difference between winning or losing for conservation in November.
That’s why these local spring elections will have a big impact far beyond the borders of these communities.
In November, we’ll be ready to deliver our largest election campaign ever and make sure our issues – like a strong democracy that works for everyone – are at the top of every candidate’s platform and the front of every voter’s mind, but we need your support today to make that possible.
Chip in an urgent gift today that supports our work to elect local conservation and democracy champions – and help us reach our goal of 200 membership contributions by Election Day: [[link removed]]
In these final days before April 5, we’ve been pulling out all the stops to ensure pro-conservation and pro-democracy candidates make it over the finish line – and we can’t do it with the support of members like you.
We’re running a sophisticated mail and digital program, using tested messages and techniques. And our team of organizers and volunteers are talking directly to voters through phone calls, relational voter techniques, and text messages.
Everything we do between now and Election Day matters. Spring elections often have much lower turnout than November elections, which means only a handful of votes could push our conservation champions over the edge to win.
Your urgent gift will help us do everything in our power to elect champions – on April 5 and in November – who will fight for clean energy, clean water, and a strong democracy in Wisconsin: [[link removed]]
Thanks for all you do for Wisconsin!
