Friend, in a moment, I'm going to ask you to give just $5 to help my friend Catherine Cortez Masto keep Nevada and the Senate blue, but first I want to explain why her race is so critical for Senate control.

Democrats cannot afford to lose a single seat if we want to protect our Senate majority. But after multiple polls showed Catherine losing to her Trump-endorsed opponent, the National Journal called Catherine the most vulnerable senator in the entire country.

That's why Republicans are going ALL IN to defeat Catherine and hand Senate control back to Mitch McConnell. GOP groups have spent more than $4 million blanketing the airwaves in Nevada with attack ads, and Donald Trump just personally hosted a huge Mar-a-Lago fundraiser for her opponent. 

Now, Catherine is falling dangerously short of her midnight grassroots fundraising goal – and this couldn't happen at a worse time. There is zero room for error if we want to defend the Senate. I promised I'd help her raise another $20,000 to make up the gap, and I'm counting on your support to get us there, friend:

Here's the truth, friend: If the election were held today, we would lose Nevada – and our Senate majority.

With Mitch McConnell back in charge, there is no way we'll be able to protect reproductive freedoms, strengthen voting rights, fight climate change or make progress on any of the issues that matter most. And if we don't help Catherine defend this seat, I don't see how we keep the Senate.
