** Each year the Lapeer County Republican Party honors an outstanding Republican by awarding the “Carol Little Award”. The purpose of the award is to recognize someone who displays the Republican ideals while giving to the community both as a citizen and as a Republican. ** Several essays were submitted this year to compete for our annual $1000 scholarship award. We want to thank all those who wrote essays.
We are pleased to announce this year’s recipient is Ana Lengemann, a student at Imlay City High School. She is the daughter of Bill & Julia Lengemann. We congratulate Ana and wish her much success in her future educational endeavors.
