The cost of living in the San Diego region is making it unlivable . That's why my biggest priority in the California Assembly will be supporting our working families.

According to the Voice of San Diego, rents have risen by 30% while available housing has dropped by 80%. Incomes haven't kept up with skyrocketing home prices, and hardworking folks are left to make tough decisions.
I grew up in Barrio Logan. I love the South Bay and the people in it. But there's a lot of work we have to do — expanding affordable housing, investing in public transportation, standing up for worker rights — to address the rising cost of living.
That's exactly what I plan to do in the Assembly.
