Frank advocated to be a member of the House Committee on Education and Labor so that he could promote the value of our teachers and public education systems that prepare our youth to be future leaders.
It has been a difficult time during COVID-19 for educators, principals, school administrators, and volunteers, and there have been challenging adjustments for families and students as well. Frank was proud to support the American Rescue Plan in order to give public schools the additional resources they needed to keep students safe and on top of their studies.

A lifelong public servant, he is putting his decades of experience to work for the people of Northwest Indiana, reaching across the aisle to form alliances, secure funding, and pass legislation to protect our jobs, our healthcare, and our economy.
