Visit Washington, DC

After two years of COVID-induced shutdowns, I am pleased to announce that the U.S. Capitol and White House have finally introduced plans to resume public tours!

The initial reopening phase of the Capitol will go into effect on March 28, 2022. The White House will reopen its doors to the American public on April 15, 2022.

To request tickets for a tour of the Capitol or White House, you can visit my website. Tickets are free and provided to residents of the Sixth District on a first-come, first-served basis. Due to the large number of visitors, please request them as early as possible in order to maximize your chances.

Telephone Town Hall Meeting

Thanks to everyone in the Sixth District who joined me this week for my telephone town hall meeting. Just like an in-person town hall, I gave an update on what I am working on in Washington, what to expect from Congress this year, and answered questions from citizens in the Sixth District.

I believe that one of the most important parts of my job is keeping you informed and hearing what issues matter most to you. Telephone town hall meetings are one of the best ways I can get your feedback and make sure your voice and our Wisconsin values are being heard in Washington.

Weekly Roundup

The Wisconsin Association of Future Farmers of America prepares the next generation of farmers for career success. It was great to meet with these young farmers to talk about the future of agriculture.

Speaking of farmers, Tuesday was National Agriculture Day. Thank you to our state’s distinguished agriculture community who put food in grocery stores and on kitchen tables across the country.

This week, I spoke with the Fond du Lac Noon Kiwanis Club at Top Shelf Sports Bar in Fond du Lac.

I was glad to join the American Legion Family 145 of Random Lake at Keggers for the Pig Roast Fundraiser!

I was thrilled to join the alumni of the Berlin Future Farmers of America for their inaugural Dinner and Dance to support our future leaders in the food and agriculture industry.

I went to St. John’s Catholic School to support the Princeton Fire Department with great food and friends at their fish fry and gun raffle.

I was happy to attend the Random Lake EMS Friday fish fry fundraiser. I appreciate all you do!

Last week, I met members of the Waldo Fire Department at their 48th annual brat fry. Thank you for your service!
