This is the Team at Taddeo HQ, the grassroots Democrats working to unseat Ron DeSantis and elect Annette Taddeo.

Today, we’re asking you for $5. We know that you get a lot of political emails asking for money, but this is really (really) different. Let us explain:

1. Ron DeSantis and his Republican cronies in the State Legislature have been passing hateful and derogatory bills nearly one after another.

2. DeSantis is raising MILLIONS of dollars from far-right donors – if we’re serious about beating him in November, we must build a grassroots coalition of small dollar donors across the country.

3. Both The Economist and Politico have recognized that, because of her background and her proven track record of winning hard races, Annette is the best candidate to take on Ron DeSantis.

4. More importantly, Annette is a tireless advocate and defender of marginalized communities. She deeply believes in this state and will be ready on day one to take action, and build a better Florida for everyone.

5. In a few days, our campaign is facing a critical, $25,000 end-of-month deadline and more than anything else today, we need your support.
