This is sick. A state is about to vote on a bill that could legalize infanticide up to 28 days AFTER a helpless baby is born.

NEVER have we seen something this overtly evil.

The abortion lobby worships at the altar of abortion. It's trying to make Roe v. Wade PERMANENT in every state and through Congress, even if the Supreme Court overrules Roe. And now infanticide.

First, it was New York's live-birth abortion law, and then the former governor of Virginia's horrific comments about how an "infant would be kept comfortable" on a table while the decision is made whether the child should live or die.

Now it's a disturbing Maryland bill that intentionally uses the word "perinatal," which has a drastically different medical meaning than prenatal (before birth), to prevent even an investigation where a living child is allowed to die between one and four weeks AFTER birth. That's infanticide.

Biden Supreme Court nominee Ketanji Brown Jackson tip-toed around the issue of life during this week's Senate confirmation hearings. But a brief she wrote in a 2001 abortion buffer zone case made her feelings about pro-lifers crystal clear, calling them "hostile, noisy" and "in-your-face" protestors.

The ACLJ actually filed in that same case, disputing her unfair and incendiary mischaracterization of lifesaving pro-life counselors.

Planned Parenthood tried to take down a critical state heartbeat bill that would save babies lives. We're urging the full 4th Circuit Court of Appeals to rehear the case. Already the court is demanding Planned Parenthood respond.

This week, we just filed a lawsuit against a Tennessee county for discriminating against a Christian ministry's use of its own property.

The current zoning code allows for uses including private clubs, lodges, recreational centers, meeting halls, and museums. Yet mysteriously, it doesn't permit churches and religious organizations. We're heading to court to fight this blatant religious discrimination.
