You won't believe the outrageous letter ATF just sent to all FFLs regarding their classification of machineguns. 

The ATF informed gun stores that - by decree - some binary or "forced reset" triggers will now be regulated under the GCA and NFA. 

What's more, ATF noted they would be taking "remedial action" without specifying what that actually means.

Their letter ends with a directive to contact a local ATF Field Office if “uncertain whether the device you possess is a machinegun.” 

So once again, we see the ATF is using harassment and intimidation to crack down on peaceable individuals. 

This latest ATF letter is an affront to the Second Amendment and established law and COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!
