POLL FOR: OUR SUPPORTERS

Do you support free in-state community college for North Carolina high school graduates?

YES NO

John,

A quality education—from early childhood to high school and beyond—is the key to preparing students for the jobs of today and tomorrow.

That’s why Roy has long been an advocate for making tuition at North Carolina’s 58 community colleges free for in-state students.

With the help of federal pandemic relief funds to support education, Roy launched the Longleaf Commitment, which will provide some recent high school graduates with grants to support education at NC community colleges.

But North Carolina students in future years will also need help making higher education more affordable and accessible. If our state is going to continue to compete on the global stage, our people need to have the option of seeking higher education.

YES NO
