The GOP really doesn’t give a damn about democracy or decency anymore, does it? Here’s an incomplete list of the deeply insulting bigotry Republican senators put on display at the confirmation hearings of Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson:

• TED CRUZ and other members of the Judiciary Committee insinuated heavily that Judge Jackson is an agent of the left with a secret Critical Race Theory agenda just because she is a Black woman. (Get rid of GOP like Cruz.)
• MARSHA BLACKBURN took her time in the hearings to air grievances about transgender athletes and asked Judge Jackson her “definition for the word ‘woman.’” (Get rid of GOP like Blackburn.)
• JOHN CORNYN made an outright speech about how little respect he has for gay marriage or SCOTUS precedent Obergefell v. Hodges. (Get rid of GOP like Cornyn.)

In short, Republican senators on the Judiciary Committee decided not to do their job. Instead, they made a mockery of the entire process, and subjected Judge Jackson to insulting lines of questioning that have absolutely no bearing on her ability to serve as a Justice.

This is the GOP: boorish, bigoted, bullies, who are also too incompetent to do their job as members of the Judiciary Committee.

We’ve got to GET THEM OUT ASAP, team. This absolutely asinine showing at the confirmation hearings is just another example of their MAGA-fuelled antics. Contribute to Democrats today and help Team Swalwell oust Republicans:
