As you know, national campaigns are required to submit their fundraising numbers every three months, but what makes this filing different is that it’s the last quarterly filing before the primary. It’s also the last deadline before we start making our big purchases - ad air time, digital outreach programs, and the resources we need for a robust volunteer team get quite expensive fast.

Since Carolyn’s victory in 2020 was the ONLY red seat-to-blue seat flip in the entire country, everyone from our opponents to our national allies will be looking to see if our campaign has the strength to pull off another victory. Our first election will be on May 24th and we need to wear the strength of this campaign on our sleeves now.

I’ve admittedly been blown away by all the support that has poured in recently, so I’ve set an ambitious grassroots fundraising goal of $25,000 for our team – and we have one week from today to hit it. The Team Carolyn office in Duluth has been brimming with energy and I can’t wait to give our field team and our volunteers the resources they need to reach and turn out voters, but we need your help.
