Congress must review any Iran agreement + Upcoming events
AIPAC Update
As America indirectly negotiates with Iran and other countries over Tehran’s nuclear program, reports indicate the Iranian regime will receive a massive cash windfall in exchange for temporary nuclear restrictions.
Congress has the responsibility to thoroughly review any agreement and assess its impact on U.S. interests and those of our regional allies.
Specifically, this review must examine:
The impact of providing hundreds of billions of dollars in sanctions relief to a dangerous regime.
The short-term and temporary limits on Iran’s nuclear program, which begin to expire next year.
The implications of lifting meaningful restrictions on Iran’s illicit missile program next year.
The leverage and financial windfall this deal gives to Vladimir Putin.
The increased threat to our allies as a result of strengthening Iran's regional posture.
Supercharging Iran’s war machine with hundreds of billions of dollars in sanctions relief makes the world more dangerous for America and our allies, especially Israel.
