This week, the nation heard the Honorable Judge Ketanj Brown-Jackson take questions from the Senate Judiciary Committee. She has exemplified all of the qualities of an exceptional public servant, and as the first Black woman ever nominated to the Supreme Court, Judge Brown-Jackson breaks barriers that will continue to inspire future generations of Americans.
Judge Ketanji Brown-Jackson’s confirmation as the first Black woman justice on the Supreme Court is an important step in the right direction — not only for the court, but for the country.
Judge Brown-Jackson has served honorably as a public defender and as a judge on the United States Court of Appeals, and she will certainly bring a dedicated and honest perspective to the Supreme Court. Without a doubt, Judge Ketanji Brown-Jackson will be a terrific SCOTUS Justice.
