Speaker Nancy Pelosi recently called Xavier “a champion… in Congress and now in the courts.”
 
We couldn’t agree with her more. Xavier’s 64 lawsuits against President Trump are curtailing some of the most egregious parts of this administration’s agenda. 
 
 
Xavier is fighting for us in the courtroom — and he’s winning. 
 
The Census citizenship question: stopped. President Trump’s attempt to strip away access to birth control: denied. The deadly attempt to gut the Affordable Care Act: blocked while our fight continues. 
 
And just last week, Xavier was at our nation’s highest court to halt Trump’s attack on 700,000 Dreamers. 
 
Team, Trump isn’t backing down, and neither is Xavier. Will you stand with him today?
