NYGOP Chairman Nick Langworthy to FOIL Hochul-Benjamin Administration on All Communication Related to Bail Reform 

New York Republican Chairman Nick Langworthy will announce that he is submitting a Freedom of Information Law request to Governor Hochul’s Administration on all communications related to bail reform at a press conference tomorrow, March 25th at 11:00 AM on the steps of the Legislative Office Building in Albany. 

Chairman Langworthy’s FOIL will encompass the Governor, Lieutenant Governor, and all employees of the Executive Chamber.
