Today I joined my friends, Tony Perkins and FRC Action, in suing President Biden and other administration officials for their unconstitutional airport and airplane mask mandates.
Here's what Breitbart News wrote in their coverage ([link removed]) :
“Family Research Council Action (FRC Action) and Texas State Rep. Matthew Krause (R) filed a lawsuit against President Joe Biden and several other health and transportation agencies on Wednesday over ‘authoritarian’ mask mandates on airplanes."
Simply put, Biden's mask mandate is ‘not tethered to science or facts.’ It is past time to end this overreach by the President and his administration!

"President Biden and his administration have become more and more comfortable ignoring federal laws in order to pursue a progressive agenda not tethered to science or facts. The airport and airplane mask mandates are further evidence of his arbitrary and capricious decision making. I am proud to stand with my friends at FRC Action against yet another unconstitutional action by President Biden."
These unconstitutional airport and airplane mask mandates have gone on for far too long. Nothing will change unless patriots like you and me will step up and take action.
