We don’t need AG’s who don’t believe Joe Biden was lawfully elected
Friend – we know you’ve already heard from us today, but we really wanted to make sure you saw this. Today, during Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson’s confirmation hearing, Alabama’s Republican Attorney General Steve Marshall refused to say if President Joe Biden is our “duly elected and lawfully serving” president.
That’s right: a current sitting AG refused to admit that President Biden is our lawfully elected president. The same AG who chaired an organization that drove its supporters to march on the Capitol on January 6th to “stop the steal.” More than one hundred police officers were hurt that day, and we owe it to them to make sure our elected officials are truthful about our country – and held accountable when they aren't.
Friend, Steve Marshall’s seat is up in November and we have an opportunity to flip this seat blue.
Democratic AGs truly are “The People’s Lawyers” and DAGA is the only party committee devoted to electing more of them. Since 2016, we’ve won two-thirds of our targeted races, and with more than 30 AG seats up for grabs in 2022, we need your support – will you chip in today?
