Despite all the crises facing our country, many members of Congress are
nowhere to be found when it’s time to vote on bills that have the potential to
change the direction we’re going in.

Here’s how they’re getting away with it:

 

Thanks to Nancy Pelosi’s proxy voting rule, representatives can “vote” on
bills without ever stepping foot in Washington.

 

Instead of doing the work that voters sent them to Washington to do, they are
attending fundraisers and events across the country. 

 

It’s inexcusable and it must end.  

 

Mike needs your help to end proxy voting right now because Nancy Pelosi is
considering extending it for another 45 days.
