This week, Judge Kentaji Brown Jackson showed that she’s one of our nation’s brightest legal minds, and proved exactly why she deserves to be on the U.S. Supreme Court.

Judge Jackson is a former clerk for Justice Breyer, whom she is nominated to replace. The Senate confirmed her three times on a bipartisan basis – most recently last year for her current seat as a circuit court judge for the U.S. Court of Appeals in Washington D.C. A diverse coalition supports Judge Jackson, and she will make an excellent Associate Supreme Court Justice.

Judge Jackson’s extensive experience and background make her an exemplary candidate for the Supreme Court. Her historic nomination is an opportunity for the Senate to confirm a supremely qualified jurist who believes in equal justice under the law.
