** Public Art: North Valley Complex

Budget: $415,000, for multiple commissions.
Eligibility: Artists and artist teams who reside in the states of Oregon or Washington are eligible to apply. Emerging artists and artists from traditionally or currently underserved communities, including communities of color, are especially encouraged to apply. Artists with current contracts through Oregon’s Percent for Art in Public Places program are not eligible.

** Traffic Signal Controller Cabinet Art Wraps

Eligibility: This call is open to professional and emerging visual artists residing in Washington State, and working in any medium, so long as the final artwork can be translated and digitally reproduced on a two-dimensional vinyl wrap. Nine artists will be chosen from the pool of applicants to create one design each that wraps the four sides of a cabinet.
