This Saturday the 26th at noon is our monthly chapter General Meeting! Each month our membership comes together to discuss chapter projects, vote on new business, and more! You can see the full draft agenda for this call HERE.
To ensure all our decisions are being made democratically, our bylaws require a quorum of 10% of membership to be present for the General Meeting to hold votes. If you can't make it this Saturday, please help us meet quorum by requesting a proxy by emailing [email protected]! A proxy is a member designated to vote in your place at the meeting- when requesting a proxy, you can either name another member as your proxy, or if you don't have anybody in mind, just let us know and we can match you with someone!
