Incredible news coming out of D.C., John:
“A 'critical step toward justice': Senate passes the Emmett Till Antilynching Act”
“The measure, named after the teenager whose 1955 murder helped launch the civil rights movement, will be sent to President Joe Biden.”
— USA Today
This is a LONG overdue and critical step forward for civil rights — and it wouldn’t have been possible without the progress we made right here in Georgia in 2020 and 2021.
If you can, will you make a donation of any amount right now to help Georgia Democrats keep electing champions of civil and voting rights up and down the ballot?

When we elected President Biden and Vice President Harris in November 2020 and then Senators Jon Ossoff and Reverend Raphael Warnock just two months later, we showed what’s possible when a powerful grassroots movement comes together — and the passage of the Emmett Till Antilynching Act shows that our movement gets results.
Federal anti-lynching legislation has been decades in the making. And now that it’s finally headed to President Biden’s desk, it’s time to redouble our efforts to protect voting rights, too. Because here in Georgia and across the country, Republicans have been working furiously to restrict access to the ballot, and it’s up to us to fight back.

The midterms this November will have enormous consequences: The results in Sen. Rev. Warnock’s race could determine which party controls the Senate in Washington, while the governor’s race and other down-ballot elections will determine the future of voting rights here in Georgia.
But if we’re going to flip the governor’s office, re-elect Sen. Rev. Warnock, and elect Democrats up and down the ballot who will fight fiercely to defend civil and voting rights for every Georgian, we’ll need grassroots support from every corner of the state.
So John, if you can, please pitch in right now to help us keep up the fight:
