John, BREAKING: Georgia voters challenge Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene’s candidacy for re-election under Section 3 of the Fourteenth Amendment. Earlier this year, we filed a challenge to North Carolina Congressman Madison Cawthorn’s eligibility to appear on the 2022 ballot on the grounds that his involvement in the January 6th insurrection disqualifies him from holding future public office, in the first such challenge since the Reconstruction Era. Now, we’re taking the fight to Georgia. The challenge, filed today with Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger, alleges that Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene is constitutionally disqualified from public office under Section Three of the Fourteenth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution, on the grounds that she helped facilitate the January 6, 2021 insurrection. Donate today to help us protect the ballot and to challenge insurrectionists, including Marjorie Taylor Greene, who are disqualified from running for re-election. |
