It has been a while since I last wrote to you. I have been very busy.

Last week, I sued two of the largest Democratic Super PAC's in the Country. This comes as a major blow to the Democratic Party as they heavily rely on these PAC's for their funding operations.

Priorities USA, the super PAC backing Doug Jones in 2017, spent in excess of $190 million to elect Hillary Clinton in 2016. Senate Majority PAC, another defendant, spent over $90 million in the same effort. Both PACs, allied with the Democratic Party, provided the vast majority of funding for Highway 31, the PAC that orchestrated an elaborate disinformation campaign against my campaign in the 2017 election.
I also included in my complaint some of the highest paid progressive consultants in the country. Bully Pulpit International, huge progressive digital ad agency, was used by the Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton presidential campaigns and numerous Democratic House, Senate, and gubernatorial campaigns. Waterfront Strategies, the primary vendor for the Highway 31 Super PAC, ran defamatory and libelous ads against me in the 2017 Alabama Senate Election.

It is time that these imposters answer for their wrongdoing in my last Senate election!
I have also been out there getting my message out to the people who matter, the voters of Alabama.

After all, that’s what it’s all about the people of Alabama!

We are working hard to get our message out, but we can’t do it alone!

You are just as important to our campaign as anyone! It was email donors like you who helped me challenge the establishment pick in the last election.

All of my opponents have out-raised my campaign and I’m still up in the polls!

My campaign has set a goal to raise $300,000 before the New Year. Once January hits, it will be a sprint to the election on March 3^rd, 2020.
