In 2021, vaccination of infants massively decreased in the state of Florida
due to “vaccine hesitancy”. Along with the decrease in childhood

Two years ago, in mid-March of 2020, Canada's provincial governments
ordered school closures and imposed other lockdown measures for a two-week
period, in order to "flatten the curve" and protect the health care system.
Two weeks turned into two years as federal, provincial and municipal
governments violated the Charter freedoms of Canadians to move, travel,
associate, assemble, worship, express themselves, and exercise control over
their own bodies. In this paper we analyze the degree of risk presented by
Covid, both from the initial frenzied viewpoint and from the perspective

The main applicant in the case against travel bans is former Newfoundland
Premier, The Honourable A. Brian Peckford. In his sworn affidavit, Mr.
Peckford states: “What I find perhaps the most disturbing is that the
federal government has mandated a two-tiered society where one group of
people has benefits while another group is disadvantaged. The Covid-19
vaccinated are allowed to travel by airplane and to see their families and
the unvaccinated are not. This is not the Canada I know and love, and this
type of segregation causes me utmost sadness.” It makes no sense to
