No thanks to a single Kansas Republican, the Affordable Care Act (ACA) was signed into law 12 years ago today. The ACA opened the doors for Medicaid expansion, helping to insure millions of Americans, yet all these years later, Kansas still has failed to expand Medicaid.

Expanding Medicaid would give over 100,000 hard-working Kansans access to essential heath care, create tens of thousands of jobs, and grow the economy. But Kansas Republicans would rather play political games with Kansans heath care than expand Medicaid.
