Twelve years ago today, Barack Obama signed the Affordable Care Act (ACA) into law.

This legislation has given tens of millions of Americans life-saving care (including tens of thousands of Delawareans). It has survived over a decade of Republican-led court challenges and efforts to repeal it. LBR will continue to defend the ACA against the still-ongoing Republican attacks, and she'll keep working to strengthen it so that costs continue to go down and access continues to expand.
