12 years ago today, the Affordable Care Act (ACA) was signed into law.
It’s a transformative piece of legislation that has made sure millions more Americans have access to quality, affordable health care — especially for people with pre-existing conditions.
But Mark’s opponents want to repeal the ACA, which would kick nearly one million Arizonans off of their health care and put more than one million more at risk of losing their coverage — just because they have a pre-existing condition.
We can’t let that happen, John.
As the husband of someone who suffered a traumatic injury, Mark knows every Arizonan — and every American — deserves access to affordable health care they can count on when they need it the most.
That’s why Mark is working to strengthen the ACA by lowering premiums, lowering the cost of prescription drugs, ending surprise billing practices, and expanding health coverage.
We must keep Mark’s leadership in the Senate.
