Hi John,

I’m excited to share NPH’s 2021 Annual Impact Report, our year-in-review which highlights our success and impact throughout 2021.

Our Affordable Housing Movement Meets the Moment During these challenging but also transformative times, NPH along with our members and partners have come together to continue the critical work of leading sustainable and strategic actions toward our vision of affordable housing and racial justice.

How? All the critical work highlighted in the 2021 Impact Report is rooted in our three-pronged strategic approach, utilizing effective tools for change and transformation through racial equity and capacity building for our industry; movement and coalition building; and policy and advocacy work.

What’s Inside From federal advocacy work on the critical housing provisions in Build Back Better; to our first-ever Community Advocacy & Resident Voter Engagement Workbook; to helping secure state budget investments in the game-changing Bay Area Housing Finance Authority (BAHFA); to growing our Shift the Bay Initiative through a new website launch to share research-tested narrative strategies that reach hearts and change minds – NPH chose to be proactive and responsive throughout 2021.
