Twelve years ago today, President Obama signed the Affordable Care Act (ACA) into law to help ensure all Americans have access to affordable health care.

Today millions of Americans rely on the ACA for health care coverage, but that hasn't stopped Republicans from trying to dismantle the ACA at every turn.

Access to health care is a human right. We need to expand and build on the Affordable Care Act to ensure that every American has access to affordable, high-quality health care.
