Hey team,

Twelve years ago today, President Barack Obama signed the Affordable Care Act into law. This was historic legislation that made healthcare more accessible for millions of Americans.

While this legislation was a historic first step toward expanding affordable access to healthcare, we still have more work to do -- and Seth knows that starts with lowering the cost of prescription drug prices.

Congress can do more to lower the cost of prescription drugs, but Republicans in Washington are determined to stall any further progress. At a hearing just last week, one leading Republican Senator, Chuck Grassley even admitted that "If his party controls even one chamber of Congress after this year’s midterm elections, legislation to address the cost of medications almost certainly won’t pass."

In Congress, Seth will protect the Affordable Care Act and fight to lower the cost of prescription drugs to ensure Rhode Islanders across the district are able to afford life saving medications.

Add your name to join Seth in calling on Congress to lower prescription drug costs -- NOW.

Team Seth
