A Justice who Can’t Define Woman? Just Say No We knew Joe Biden would nominate a radical to the Supreme Court. That’s what he promised his base!
But a sad consequence of his fidelity to radicalism was realized yesterday when his pick – Ketanji Brown Jackson – was asked if she could define “woman.” She said she was unable.
Seriously!?!?!?
She could have gone with a simple answer ranging from a scientific one about chromosomes to even a base “Kindergarten Cop” answer.
She could have offered a more complex answer that still provided a sense of how she viewed what a woman was.
She did not. She could not define it. And this is unacceptable and disqualifying.
An inability to define womanhood is shocking, but it is, sadly, not surprising in a world that wants to throw around bizarre and degrading labels like “birthing persons.”
From a potential Supreme Court Justice, however, it shows an unacceptable lack of intellectual honesty and absolute fidelity to a radical agenda that would have devastating effects.
