Last week’s Supreme Court hearing was a big deal. But the fight for DACA is not over.

We came to Washington, D.C. to show the Supreme Court that we are here and that we are fighting for ourselves and our families.

Friend,

Like many DACA recipients, I know the strength that it takes to look at your parents, your children, your community, and reassure them that we are going to stay in this fight, even when there are no guarantees of what comes next.

Despite the uncertainty, we stood together on the Supreme Court steps during the Court’s November 12 hearing on the unlawful termination of the DACA program, not only for our own futures, but for those who come after us. We don’t know yet how the Court will rule, but we will continue to stand together.

These DACA recipients are showing the strength it takes to stay in the fight when there are no guarantees. Watch their story and share it today:

The dozens of DACA recipient plaintiffs in DACA cases from across the country chose to fight. They sued the government over the termination of DACA because they know what is at stake if the Supreme Court allows DACA to be terminated.

That journey is not over.

The Supreme Court will issue its ruling sometime in 2020. We do not know what their decision will be, but we’re still working, fighting, and hoping that our futures in this country are secure. Because home is here. Our families, our friends, and our jobs are here.

Watch and share the story of the strong DACA recipients who went to Washington for the Supreme Court hearing — and see where we’re headed from here.

We came to Washington D.C. with thousands of fellow DACA recipients and allies to tell our stories and ensure that the Supreme Court knows that its decision will define who America is, and who our country will become.

Thank you for standing by our side,
