john,

My first priority as Attorney General is and has always been to protect the people of Nevada from scammers or bad actors who try to take advantage of consumers, seniors, and students. That’s why my team and I are paying close attention to any suspected incidents of price gouging, and are encouraging you to do the same.

Too many families are struggling, or worrying about paying their next bill — and it’s critical that we stop giant corporations from exploiting consumers to drive up their profits.

Price gouging is illegal, and my team and I are using every tool at our disposal to investigate any suspected incidents, and use the full extent of the law to prosecute any confirmed cases we find.

It’s reprehensible to think any greedy execs would be taking advantage to line their own pockets — but it happens all too often. I’m working hard to ensure any bad actors are brought to justice.

If you support my work to crack down on illegal price gouging, please add your name to my petition calling for immediate action on any price gouging activities taking place in Nevada. [[link removed]]
