Two critical affordable housing bills need your voice! Help us make the case for AB 1911 (Gabriel) and AB 2244 (Wicks) by submitting a simple support letter to the California Legislature. Use our quick and easy letter templates, which include instructions for submission, below to get started:

• Download AB 1911 sample letter.
  AB 1911 would create a new Affordable Housing Preservation Tax Credit to support the preservation of tens of thousands of units of affordable housing that are at risk of converting to market rate or of displacing low-income tenants.
   
• Download AB 2244 sample letter.
  AB 2244 would reduce residential parking requirements for newly built religious institutions to allow for the construction of housing.
