Dear Friend of the National Parks,

Going to court to protect America's national parks is
expensive.

But leaving parks defenseless is even more costly in terms of
permanently damaged landscapes, polluted air and water and wildlife
being pushed closer to extinction.

That's why your support of NPCA's National Parks Legal
Defense Fund is so crucial.

Today, we're involved in several cases that have the potential
to produce urgently needed actions to reduce the impacts of climate
change, the greatest threat to our beloved parks.

The stakes are high every time NPCA's National Parks Legal
Defense Fund goes to court - for the parks and for parks lovers
like you. And with more than 30 active cases on our current litigation
docket, we urgently need your support right now. Friend of the National Parks, can we count on you?

Remember, make a generous gift to NPCA by March 31 and it will be
matched 100% by a generous NPCA donor - up to $30,000 - to
strengthen our National Parks Legal Defense Fund and other critical
park protection efforts!

More than 15 years ago, the National Park Service announced a plan to
protect Biscayne National Park's marine wildlife and habitat
against the ravages of overuse and commercial fishing.

Unfortunately, that plan has yet to be implemented. And each day that
passes without a protected marine reserve in Biscayne puts this
magnificent underwater treasure at greater risk. That's why NPCA
has filed a lawsuit to compel the National Park Service and the
Department of the Interior to do as the law requires and protect the
wonders of America's largest marine national park.

We refuse to sit idly by as conditions in Biscayne worsen. We have
been fighting for Biscayne from the beginning. And we need dedicated
supporters like you to help us keep fighting until we win.

Please help NPCA make a strong legal defense of Biscayne and all of
the national parks by investing in our National Parks Legal Defense
Fund today!

The administration recently heeded our call to protect Chaco Culture
National Historic Park against oil and gas drilling within 10 miles of
the park and its sacred landscapes - the result of you speaking
up for the parks, so you know what we can accomplish when we work
together.

As our parks continue to face threats that could forever change them
for the worse, your voice and support have never been more important.

Please donate today to DOUBLE the impact of your gift to help NPCA
mount a strategic and vigorous defense of our national parks and
monuments in the courts and beyond.
