Hello John,

As part of our work to mark Anti-Racism Month 2022, I'm delighted to let you know that today we launched our new updated 8 Steps to Inclusive Youth Work resource.

Now more than ever, we recognise the need to fight injustice and inequality in society. Building responsive, diverse and inclusive youth settings is critical in ensuring that everyone can play their part in creating a just society, and this resource will help you do exactly that.

The new 8 Steps to Inclusive Youth Work contains:
  • Tools and templates to support your inclusive youth work
  • Examples of inclusive practice from 16 youth organisations
  • A checklist of key indicators for assessing your equality and inclusive youth work... and much more
We've also created a mini podcast series as well as beautiful posters to help you engage in the 8 Steps further. You'll find all of these new supports on the 8 Steps to Inclusive Youth Work resource page.

If you have any questions or feedback on the 8 Steps, please do get in touch, we'd love to hear what you think, John.

All the best,

Anne
