Today, the GOP has decided their new strategy to derail Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson’s nomination is to…ask her about Critical Race Theory (CRT). Let’s be totally clear: this is racist. Fears related to CRT are made-up nonsense meant to intimidate schools into ending any teaching about race or racism whatsoever.

It is plain to all they are asking these:nbsp;questions because Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson is a Black woman . And no other reason. Since, obviously, asking for her opinion on a MAGA talking point is not at all relevant to her qualifications, expertise, or ability to serve as a Supreme Court justice.

These blatantly racist Republicans should not be anywhere near Congress, let alone permitted to ask such ignorant and irrelevant questions in a serious hearing. Help me hold them accountable and expand our Democratic numbers in Congress, team. [[link removed]]
