John,
What’s the Republican agenda if they win back the Senate in November?
Senator Rick Scott, chairman of the national committee that elects Republicans to the U.S. Senate, recently unveiled his “11 Point Plan to Rescue America.” It would increase taxes for 100 million low- to middle-income Americans while allowing billionaires and corporations to continue evading taxes.[1]
Scott’s plan also “sunsets Social Security and Medicare within five years,” according to Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell.[2]
This agenda is bad for working people, seniors, and the future of our country―but it’s great for millionaires and billionaires. Pitch in today to help us fight back!

Senate Republicans have made it all too clear: They don’t care about the economic security, health, or dignity of seniors or working people. They’d rather abolish the earned benefits relied on by millions of Americans while gutting funding for the IRS by 50%, as Rick Scott's plan would do [3], so the richest 1% can continue to evade $160 billion in taxes each year.[4]
Pitch in today to fight back against Rick Scott’s plan and protect the future of Social Security and Medicare.
Thank you for fighting for a future that includes all of us, not just the wealthy few.
