Designate MS-13 as a Foreign Terrorist Organization!

Dear John,

The Biden Administration has refused to act in the best interests of our American homeland, and is causing our Southern Border to be overrun with a mind-blowing amount of illegal alien crossings. This failure of leadership has resulted in hundreds of thousands of unknown threats invading our country!

To respond to this national security threat to America, I recently introduced H.R. 6628, the Every Town a Border Town Act.

This legislation would designate MS-13 as a Foreign Terrorist Organization (FTO). Currently MS-13 is only designated as a Transnational Criminal Organization (TCO), but a FTO designation would provide federal authorities even more options in prosecuting crimes by MS-13 gang members. It’s time to call a spade a spade, and prosecute to the fullest extent of the law the members of a global terrorist ring that is causing devastation in the lives of American citizens!

There are now an estimated 10,000 MS-13 gang members living within our country. With the Every Town A Border Town Act, severe sanctions could be placed on MS-13 members and their families, travel restrictions could be executed to remove them from the U.S., and increased penalties would apply to any Amerian citizens providing assistance to these terrorists.

If elected to a second term as your congressman, I will keep fighting against the Biden Administration’s anti-American immigration policies that have compromised the safety and security of our country. Will you contribute to my re-election campaign and enable me to continue battling against President Biden’s open border policies that have allowed MS-13 to infiltrate our cities and infect our communities with violence and drugs?
