Did you see what Nate Silver's 538 said about this race?

They're calling New Hampshire “one of the swingiest electorates in the country,” and they're not wrong. I won my last race by a razor-thin 1,017 votes, and political experts recently labeled this seat as a toss up.

Before I go any further, can I ask you to pitch in ahead of our first FEC deadline of 2022 to help us hit our fundraising target?

This is the first quarter that we'll be able to see what my Republican opponents have raised, and our initial numbers are a pretty big deal. How we start off will send a strong message about the strength of our campaign.

That message is especially important here in a deeply purple state like New Hampshire and where Mitch McConnell and his buddies have already spent over $7.5 million to defeat me.

Look, I’m not relying on dark money support from far-right megadonors. My campaign is fueled by grassroots supporters like you chipping in $5 whenever you can because you believe in what we’re fighting for. In fact, our average online donation this quarter is just $25.68 – I’m really proud of that.

With the Senate majority boiling down to this race in New Hampshire, multiple anti-choice Republicans running against me, and the GOP spending millions to defeat me, I'm making a personal request ahead of our first FEC deadline of the year: Please will you rush $5, or whatever you can spare, to help us win in New Hampshire and protect the Democratic Senate.

Thank you for stepping up!

With every good wish,
Maggie Hassan
