Hi John,
I have big news! After months of waiting on the new Florida legislative maps to be finalized due to redistricting, our district has a new number, State Senate District 38.
I have officially filed for the change and will be running to represent the areas of Key Biscayne, parts of Brickell, Coral Gables, South Miami, parts of Kendall, Pinecrest, Palmetto Bay, Cutler Bay, Homestead, and some unincorporated areas of Miami Dade.

I was born and raised in Miami and I strongly believe that you run where you live. I’ve spent much of my life living within the boundaries of this district. I currently live in Pinecrest, right in the heart of SD38, with my wife and two daughters, so this race is personal to me.
