On Friday, March 11, the Abortion Care Access Package passed the Maryland House of Delegates!

Thanks to your emails, the testimony of many brave individuals sharing their abortion access stories, and the support of our partner organizations, HB 937 - Abortion Care Access Act passed the House 89-47 and HB 1171 - Declaration of Rights - Right to Reproductive Liberty passed 93-42.

We need your help again! SB 890, the senate's partner bill for HB 937, is still waiting for a vote. We need you to contact your senator now and tell them that it's crucial both the house and senate versions of this bill pass. Together we can get one step closer to making abortion access a reality for ALL Marylanders!
