Dear John,
Today is World Water Day! The interconnected waterways of the Boundary Waters Wilderness are some of the cleanest waters in the WORLD and it’s one of the last remaining places on earth where paddlers often dip their cup and drink straight from the lake.

In honor of this day, we are kicking off our annual March Match challenge [[link removed]] to keep the Boundary Waters’ pristine water clean for generations to come.

TRIPLE MY GIFT! [[link removed]]

Did you know that twenty percent of all the fresh water in the entire 193-million-acre National Forest System is here , in the Superior National Forest around the Boundary Waters?
In fact, the waters of the Boundary Waters watershed are some of the cleanest in America, and the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency calls them “immaculate.” We are fortunate that the Boundary Waters is one of the last remaining places where you can drink directly from the source - but we have to fight to keep it that way. Unfortunately, access to clean water is increasingly rare as sources of clean water are becoming more scarce worldwide. Minnesota is proud to be the land of 10,000 lakes, but did you know that 40% of our lakes, rivers, and streams are considered polluted and that number is only increasing?

Can we count on you to celebrate World Water Day today by stepping up to protect the Boundary Waters? [[link removed]] Your gift will automatically TRIPLE. That means if you give $10, it automatically turns into a $30 gift right away for the Wilderness!
